What we do.We do total 401(k)-plan administration. This includes:
- IRS approved prototype plan tailored to your specifications
- We meet locally with your employees to explain the program to your employees.
- We provide enrollment documents
- We do quarterly valuations to show everyone how they're doing.
- We assist in setting up the investment funds, and then analysis the investment results quarterly.
- We do the annual reporting to the employee as well as Internal Revenue Service.
- Give us the green light to get started with the implementation of the plan.
- Provide us with payroll information on the front end, and then monthly.
- Appoint a contact person to act as an in house source concerning your plan.
For employers with twenty-five employees or less the cost is $300.00 to implement the plan, and $300.00 per quarter.
