Meet Your CPA - Rhonda Baudier

Rhonda Baudier received a BS degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University, graduating Cum Laude in 1975. She received her CPA designation in 1979.

She has over 14 years of increasing responsibilities and achievements in federal and state taxation in the natural gas industry. Her experience includes return planning, preparation and review, staff training, tax accounting and coordination of federal and state tax audits.

She has been a partner of Baudier & Spruell since 1992. She provides tax and accounting services for individuals, manufacturing companies, health care professionals, and small retail businesses.

She and Raymond have been married for 23 years and have two sons. Peter is in technical school and Terry is working.

She enjoys playing soccer and basketball and supports the Houston Hotshots and Houston Comets.

Her public service includes: Serving as treasurer for 2 years at the Kingwood Humble Area Youth Soccer Club. In addition, she served as a coach and a referee for 1 0 years with this club. She is still active in the club as a volunteer on an "as needed" basis.

She has served in various positions on the board of directors of the Thirty and Over Recreational Soccer Organization (TORSO) during the past 10 years.

She's also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), and Kingwood Professional Woman's Group.
